Director
Estelle has 37 years experience in radiation protection. Estelle is a certificated Radiation Protection Adviser (RPA), certificated in the UK (RPA2000) and with the EPA in Ireland, a Medical Physics Expert (MPE), Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser (DGSA), Radioactive Waste Adviser (RWA), Laser Protection Adviser (LPA) and Chartered Radiation Protection Professional. Areas of expertise: radiation protection in industrial companies (Nucleonic gauges, NDT, NDG), food x-ray screening, pharmaceutical companies, universities and local education authorities, government bodies, security, veterinary practices, dental practices, local education authorities and transport companies.
Mr Philip Loan, CRadP CSci MIPEM MSRP
Director
Phil has 33 years experience in radiation protection. A certificated Radiation Protection Adviser in the UK (RPA2000) and in Ireland (EPA), DGSA and Chartered Radiation Protection Professional. Areas of expertise: medical, industry, dental, veterinary, universities, dosimetry, monitor calibration, radioassay and radiation protection planning. He is also a certificated Laser Protection Adviser (LPA), with 30 years experience in both the industrial and medical laser sectors. He is also a HCPC Registered Clinical Scientist.
Dr Roy Mooney, CRadP CSci MIPEM MSRP
Director
Roy is a Radiation Protection Adviser (RPA), certificated by RPA2000 and the EPA in Ireland, with 33 years experience in radiation protection. A Medical Physics Expert (MPE) for 20 years, certificated in the UK and Ireland. Areas of expertise: radiation protection in medical, industry, dental, veterinary, universities. Roy is also a Radioactive Waste Adviser (RWA) and Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser (DGSA). He is also a HCPC Registered Clinical Scientist, a Chartered Radiation Protection Professional, a Health Research Authority MPE Reviewer and RPA2000 Assessor.
Nicole Connor MSRP
Radiation Protection Adviser
Nicole is a Radiation Protection Adviser and member of SRP. She has a first class degree and Masters in Physics. Nicole provides radiation protection services and advice for the following sectors: Dental, Veterinary and Industrial: X-ray food inspection, X-ray security, X-ray logistics, XRF, Sealed sources used in industry. Nicole is an experienced trainer and provides bespoke radiation protection training courses to the above sectors.
Caroline Felgate CRadP MSRP
Associate
Caroline has 35 years experience in radiation protection. A Chartered Radiation Protection Professional (CRadP), she has radiation protection expertise in a range of practices working with Ionising Radiation, including sealed and unsealed material.
Caroline is a Radioactive Waste Adviser (RWA), and has experience with radioactive waste management, environmental monitoring, nuclear material accountancy, security of radioactive material, calibration and use of instruments, clearance monitoring and small-scale decommissioning, and hazard and risk assessment including environmental impact.
Caroline is a certified Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser (DGSA) specialising in the transport of Class 7 Radioactive Material. She is also certified in the transport of both dangerous goods and radioactive material by air.

Suzanne has a first class Masters degree in ‘Physics with Medical Applications’. Suzanne specialises in Dental CBCT, Veterinary and Industrial radiation protection (Food X-ray inspection, X-ray security and X-ray logistics). Suzanne provides bespoke radiation protection training courses to the above sectors.
